BrightBridge Senior Advisors was founded in 2026 with a simple mission: no family in Central Ohio should have to navigate the overwhelming world of senior care alone.
When our founder's grandmother needed memory care, the family spent weeks calling facilities, comparing prices, and trying to figure out which communities were truly reputable. The process was exhausting, confusing, and emotionally draining, all at a time when the family needed support, not more stress.
That experience inspired BrightBridge. We built a service that gives every Columbus family access to a knowledgeable local advisor who has personally visited and vetted senior care communities across 7 Central Ohio counties. Our advisors know the staff, the culture, the pricing, and the real story behind every facility, so your family doesn't have to start from scratch.
Best of all, our service is completely free for families. We're compensated by partner communities when a successful placement is made, similar to how a real estate agent works. This means you get unbiased, expert guidance at no cost.
